Roof Clearing and Roof Raking
Are you concerned about the snow and ice piling up on your roof? We offer both roof raking and roof clearing in Munds Park, Greer, Alpine, Nutrioso, Pinetop/Lakeside and Show Low, Arizona. Our company is insured, making us the safest choice in the areas, and limiting the liability on you, as a property owner. Whether roof raking or roof clearing our crew accounts for all fixtures and structures on your roof line (such as vents and skylights), along with the material of your roof. We are happy to provide you an estimate for either or these services and look forward to helping you minimize the impact heavy winter storms can have on your roof.
-
Roof raking is recommended on all roofs, especially those with a steeper pitch. This service clears 6-8 feet up the roof line to allow snow to melt away and sluff off roof lines without ice dams building up. Generally speaking, our crew does not have to get on your roof for roof raking. This is the more affordable option of the two, as it has less risk associated with it, and typically takes less time to complete.
-
Roof Clearing is the removal of snow on the entire roof. This is recommended on roofs with little to no pitch, areas where the sun does not melt the snow, and for those big winters where the snow piles quicker than the sun melts the snow. This service requires our crew to be on top of your roof. Due to the risk involved and the time it takes to clear a roof, it is the more expensive option of the 2 services.
